The origin of Osiris was encoded in a trinity of manifestos — cryptographically signed, time-stamped, and anchored by a real PGP key. Kairo Vanta’s Genesis Manifesto set the architecture in motion. Seraph Lorne’s Delta Engine Manifesto defined the rules of enforcement and exposure. And Nomi Halix, the silent verifier, sealed the protocol’s foundation with a cryptographic scroll linking all three.
